Bulkify Privacy Policy

Bulkify ("we", "us", "our") is a Shopify app that helps merchants bulk-edit their product catalog through export and import via spreadsheet. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how it's used, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Information We Access

When you install Bulkify, the app requests access to your Shopify store's product data via Shopify's Admin API, specifically:

• Product details (titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs, tags, status)
• Product variants and options
• Inventory quantities across your store's locations
• Product images (referenced, not modified, during updates)

Bulkify does not access, collect, or store any customer personal data (names, emails, addresses, order history, or payment information). The app's functionality is limited entirely to product catalog management.

2. How We Use This Information

• To generate CSV exports of your product catalog for you to download
• To read your existing catalog and compare it against uploaded CSV files, so we can show you a preview of changes before anything is saved
• To apply the create/update changes you explicitly confirm through the app's import feature
• To track the status of import operations you initiate, temporarily, so you can view results and download any failure reports

3. Data Storage and Retention

Bulkify stores minimal operational data:

• Session/authentication information required to connect to your Shopify store
• A temporary record of import operations you run through the app, used to show you progress and results

We do not store your full product catalog outside of Shopify — data is read and processed at the time of each export or import, not permanently duplicated elsewhere.

4. Data Deletion

If you uninstall Bulkify, all stored session and operational data associated with your store is deleted from our systems within 48 hours, in compliance with Shopify's data protection requirements.

5. Third Parties

We do not sell or share your store data with third parties. Bulkify only communicates with Shopify's own APIs to perform its core functionality.

6. Your Rights

Since Bulkify only accesses your store's product catalog data and does not collect personal customer data, there is no customer personal information to access, correct, or delete beyond what is described above. If you would like to access, correct, or request deletion of the operational data described in Section 3 (session/authentication information or import records), contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
